Comparisons Of Polymerization Process Of PBT And Analysis On Effect Factors

This text introduces the Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin developing, technology and productivity, as well as describes the performance characteristics and widely application fields of PBT resin.This paper compares the German company Zimmer (Zimmer AG) and Karl-Fischer company (KF AG) of PBT liquid-state polymerization (LSP) technology in the synthesis of the stages:paste preparation, esterification, pre-polymerization and final polymerization process parameters and automatic control, etc. Also compares the company Zimmer company, and Japan Toary and KF three companies solid-state polymerization (SSP) process design.This text also analyze these factors which influenced solid-state polymerization as well as do comparison test for different conditions of products, and pointed out the direction of industrialized production.The text also combined with actual production status, the problems, such as how to solve the quality problem of the color and melt contains impurities and other major quality problem is studied, and put forward solutions.
