| Pumgo Scooter is the first one pedal-powered scooter developed in the world, which is also a new kind of home fitness equipment. It is fashion, small and easy to use. Pumgo Scooter brings people to take physical exercise outdoors where can enjoy fresh air and beautiful scenery at the same time. But the new type Pumgo Scooter still not reach perfect level in many aspects, such as problems with the drive principle, the structure dimension, the appearance design and the human engineering relationship. This thesis takes Pumgo Scooter as the research object, carried out the drive principle analysis, modification design of transmission system, Ergonomic experiment, dynamic analysis, color research, virtual human engineering system evaluation and optimization of the human engineering performance.By this paper's research, the author pointed out the imperfects existing in the driving mechanism for the current Pumgo Scooter, and proposed a modification driving mechanism, and the new drive mechanism can well solve the problems that the two pedals rotate around the different axes and Pumgo Scooter is hard to drive back and turn around. The modified Pumgo Scooter remains the same transmission efficiency and improved the fitness effect. Took the modification design and checked the Pumgo Scooter's transmission system to meet the demands for good performance and enough life. Took human engineering experiment on Pumgo Scooter, which shows that the better range of handle height is 105-115cm, the max pedal height difference is better for 21.2cm, the inner pedal width is better for 23.8cm, the inner handle width is better for 20cm, the whole handle length is better for 50cm. The dynamic analysis is taken for the modified Pumgo Scooter and the results show that the distance between the two rear wheels is better for 51cm, the max acceleration is 3m/s2, the max brake acceleration is 4.6m/s2, the max centripetal acceleration is 2.8m/s2. A color research was taken on the modified Pumgo Scooter, which proposed a new color design that is more acceptable for Chinese people. A virtual human engineering evaluation was taken, and the results show that the modified Pumgo Scooter meets the requirements of Human engineering and Kinesiology and can provide good fitness for more than 95% people. |
