Study On The Application Mechanism Of Liquid Fertilizer From Coenzyme 10 Fermentation Broth

In recent years, water pollution is a very seriously problem in our country. Water pollution not only causes a loss to the economic, but also do harmful to the ecological environment. Therefore, how to deal with high:concentration organic wastewater efficiently and economically, comprehensive utilization of waste water, energy efficiency, promote social and economic sustainable development is a problem which needs to solve urgently.In this paper, it explored nanofiltration(NF) concentration process which connection with coenzyme 10 fermentation broth characteristics, developed a series of high value-added products, And its effect of application and mechanism were also studied. The detail results were showed as follow.1. It had analysis the coenzyme 10 fermentation broth's ingredients of xinchang pharmaceutical, the results show that, coenzyme 10 fermentation broth contains rich NPK element and a variety of free amino acids.2. The best NF membrane filtration technique was:original fermented→5umPE microfiltration→adjust pH 8.0→enrichment; 200 molecular weight, enrichment multiples of 4 times is the most economical way. The 4 times fermented broth contains the NPK elements more than the prefiltration.3. The amino acid liquid fertilizer were developed through the NF membrane filtration process and mixture technology to the fermentation broth. Amino acid liquid fertilizer have got the registration certificate of ministry of agriculture, that is, agricultural fertilizer (2010) 4475 number, farmers in word fertilizer (2010) in word 4482 number.4. In the germinating and planting test, the seed soaked with the organic fertilizer which was made by coenzyme 10 fermentation broth. The biomass and nutrient content were increased by organic liquid fertilizer or amino acid liquid fertilizer, the NR was reduced. The chlorophyll, NR activity and root activity were increased after spraying fertilizer. The biomass of cabbage was increased by applying fertilizer, compared with control (basal fertilizer). The fertilizer which was diluted to 300 times has the best effects. The activity of soil enzyme were improved significantly by pouring organic fertilizer, thus increase the biomass and nutrient content,it can play a positive role in crop growth.5. In the mulberry field experiment, the results show that, the chlorophy11,soluble sugar,soluble protein were increased after spraying amino acid liquid fertilizer, it can significantly improve the quality of mulberry by spraying fertilizer which added magnesium into the amino acid liquid fertilizer.6. In the field experiment, the kernel weight of grapes,VC,sugar content were increased after spraying amino acid liquid fertilizer in grapes swollen period, and it was benefit to improve fruit yield and quality. The amino acid liquid fertilizer which was diluted to 500 times has the best effects.
