Chicken blood is rich in nutrients,which accounts for 4.0%?9.7%% of the weight,in the process of slaughter,with the cleaning flow into the sewers,causing the loss of nutrition and environmental pollution.In this paper,chicken blood as the raw material,the advantage strains were screened from natural fermented chicken blood and identified then to insure the best combination of strains.Optimization of fermentation conditions of chicken blood by response surface method,determined the chicken blood liquid fertilizer on growth and quality of Chinese cabbage seedlings,the results are as follows:Fermentation chicken blood was isolated Bacteria 60 strains and Mould 30 strains,the transparent circle test,protein content,soluble protein content determination of amino nitrogen content,and comprehensive comparative analysis were used and comparative analysis,and determined the dominant strains for fermented chicken blood strains were A7,A8,B1 and B4;morphological observation,physiological and biochemical tests,bacterial 16 Sr DNA and mould 28 Sr DNA were used to identify the dominant strains,identified the strain A7 was Bacillus thuringiensis,A8 was Shewanella sp.,B1 was Penicillium citreonigrum,B4 was Aspergillus tubingensis.The logarithmic growth period of Bacteria and Mould was determined by photoelectric turbidimetric count method and dry weight method.The results showed the OD value of A7 and A8 increased rapidly in 4-12 h,the strain in the logarithmic growth phase;at 2-7d,the weight of B1 and B4 increased rapidly which at the logarithmic growth period.The free amino nitrogen content as the standard,compared with single strains and mixed strains fermentation effect,and the optimization of fermentation conditions of chicken blood liquid fertilizer by response surface method.The results showed that the free amino acid nitrogen in the mixed strain A7,A8,B1 and B4 was 1.30 times as high as that of the single strain.Using four kinds of strains combination fermentation,optimization of fermentation conditions by response surface method,according to Box Behnken?BBD?to design the best fermentation conditions for chicken: The rotational speed was 160 r/min,inoculum 10%,culture temperature 32 ?,culture time 5 d,under this condition,the free amino acid nitrogen content of fermented chicken blood was the highest.Sensory index and physicochemical index of liquid fertilizer results showed that: The liquid fertilizer color was yellow brown,fishy odor reduction,a part of the deposits;the total nutrient of blood liquid fertilizer?N+P2O5+K2O?and total content of about 536.37g/L,p H 3.0-9.0,the effective number of living bacteria was more than 0.5,the bacteria rate less than 15%.Chicken blood liquid fertilizer on Chinese cabbage seed germination rate,seedling growth,nutritional quality influence effect experiment: The effect of 10 times dilution on the germination rate of Chinese cabbage seeds was obvious,about 1.5 times as much as that of the control;the seedling height and root length of 10 times,30 times and 50 times dilution were 1.00?1.50 and 1.80?2.20 times compare with that of CK,respectively;under 10 times dilution,the nitrate and Vc content of the sprayed Chinese Cabbage decreased by 40.13% and 28.11% compared with that of CK,respectively;under 10 times dilution,the nitrate and Vc content of Chinese Cabbage decreased by 28.11% and 23.95% compared with that of CK,respectively.This could explain the blood liquid fertilizer had obvious promoting effect on Chinese cabbage seedling growth and nutritional quality.
