Study On Processing Technology Of The Microencapsulated Heme-chip

In this paper,the enzyme technology,the micro-capsule technology and the pharmaceutical technology were used . The pig blood hemoglobin will be enzymatic into amino acids,peptides,heme and other digestible substances;the unique smell of blood will be cover up by spray drying;and then made its easy to eat by pharmaceutical tablets technology.It would be develop a natural,efficient,non-toxic,no side effects of iron supplements health care products,improved the utilization of pig blood,enriching the health care market.Made a comparative research on single-enzyme and compound enzyme hydrolysis of pig blood.The results indicated that the optical technological parameter as follows:123min,56℃,the ratio of neutral protease(enzyme activity 200000U/g)/ papain(enzyme activity 800000U/g)is 0.98:1 and the amount of enzyme is 0.11%.The level of heme is 4.40g/L in the hydrolyzate.Study the microencapsulation on hydrolyzate by spray-drying method.The results indicated that the optical technological parameter as follows:select of gelatin,malt dextrin and sucrose as wall material,the mass ratio of 2:1:1,liquid dry matter quantity is 26%,inlet air temperature is 180℃,outlet air temperature is 80℃,the microcapsule quality is better,embedding rate up to 68.50%.Study the wet legal system grain the technology for pressing the slice.The results indicated that the optical technological parameter as follows:the ratio of microcrystalline cellulose / pig blood microencapsulated powder is 1:9,sieving 80 mesh,with 75% ethanol as wetting agent for soft wood,granulating by sieving 24 mesh,drying 60min on 45℃,control the water content at 3%～4%,then sieving 28 mesh,by adding 0.5% magnesium stearate,tabletting.The tablet is complete, smooth and all indications are in line with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition.Each tablet weighs about 600mg,with iron is about 0.56mg,with heme is about 7.05mg,have the effect of enriching blood.This product is rich in a variety of amino acids and peptides,as well as certain health care function.
