In this paper,a new technology of hawthorn powder was studied,which was different from the traditional process,and the effect of hawthorn powder produced under the new technology on the blood lipid level of hamsters induced by high fat diet was discussed.The research with hawthorn as the main raw material,selected when mature season hawthorn,hawthorn selection and cleaning;after the treatment with the Hawthorn in 100 DEG C boiling water blanching ten minutes to hawthorn for sterilization and softening;hot bleaching softening after Hawthorn beating,beater beating process simulation in a laboratory environment,then use enzyme solution fruit pulp.According to the response surface experiment to get the optimal combination of enzymatic hydrolysis conditions:enzyme dosage 0.11%,solid-liquid ratio of 1:5,the time of enzymatic hydrolysis 3.1h,the enzyme hydrolysis temperature 52.6 degrees C,fruit pulp viscosity will reach the lowest expected value of 44.77 MPa.Under the same conditions,the enzyme solution after haw pulp of spray drying process optimization,known in the spray drying tower nozzle speed,spray drying tower velocity of peristaltic pump,spray drying tower into the outlet air temperature three factors,the effect of hawthorn fruit powder moisture content of the primary and secondary order is:C temperature>a nozzle speed>b peristaltic pump flow rate,optimum combination:a2b3c2 when it is spray drying tower into outlet air temperature is 185 DEG C,spray drying tower velocity of peristaltic pump 14R/min,spray drying tower nozzle speed 9600r/min.After obtaining the optimal conditions using UV spectrophotometer method,high performance liquid phase chromatography method for checking the products of hawthorn powder active ingredients,which the content of total flavonoids and total triterpenoid content was significantly higher than that of the traditional production process of hawthorn powder.Male SPF hamsters were randomly divided into blank group,model group and low,middle and high dose group,and 5 groups(n=8)were divided into four groups.Animal experiment time was 6 weeks,and related indexes were measured during the experiment.Experimental results show that hawthorn powder group and model group can decrease the content of both hyperlipidemia hamster serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and non high density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.01),significantly improve hyperlipidemia hamster serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol content(P<0.01).And hawthorn powder on hyperlipidemic hamsters lipid comprehensive index also has a significant influence,and model group compared to hawthorn powder group hamster serum,liver and fecal content of TC and TG were extremely significant changes that hawthorn powder is helpful in lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic animals.Experiments also on the hamster liver HE staining sections and then observed under the electron microscope,found that the hamster liver lesions have improved.The above experiments proved that hawthorn powder has a good effect on the prevention of high blood fat,fatty liver and other diseases.
