The technical transformation is the power which insures the enterprise continual and steady development, the important way to realize the changing way of the economic growth. Using the technical transformation, can expand the scale of production, optimize the structure of production technology, integrate the production craft, raise the equipment level, and improve the product quality and variety structure, enhance survivability of the enterprise and. market competitiveness fundamentally. Therefore, the exploration and research for method of technical transformation of equipment has a vital practical significance to the enterprise's survival and development!This thesis takes studies the innovation methods and ways used by enterprise in equipment transforms as the main content. The thesis contains two parts:The first part has mainly constructed the new methods, ways and process of technical transformation of equipment, proposed A Method of Creative Design of Mechanism Based on Restraint Space; the second part has processed the research of the technological transformations and innovation of Coal-flatting device for the coal coking industrial production by A Method of Creative Design of Mechanism Based on Restraint Space.The part of A Method of Creative Design of Mechanism Based on Restraint Space has mainly elaborated the method, way and instrumentality used of special method of creative design of mechanism about technical transformation of equipment. The main steps include:(1) first investigates and studies the scene, production craft and the equipment condition, collects related data, cognizes the essential problem. Mainly carries on two tasks:First makes all kinds of constraint condition according to the scene condition and collection material. The constraint condition include spatial size, weight, position arrangement and so on which are limiting conditions about parameter, working machine's operating condition, limiting working conditions, economic condition, limiting condition of operation and control mode, other requests (for example national industrial policy, technical factor of scene, environmental protection and so on), Combines these constraint conditions and becomes the restraint space set. Second according to the reason appeared of question, finds out all principle plans which are the most basic stratification and can realize function, and then composes principle plan set. (2) This thesis carries on the preliminary analysis and appraisal to the principle plan set by restraint space set, chooses the reasonable principle plan. (3) Transforms all principle plans to different structure schematic diagram by the theory of creative design of mechanism, and then carries on the further analysis and appraisal to the different structure schematic diagram by restraint space set, thus chooses the optimal mechanism principle plan. (4) This thesis uses the computer aided technology, carries on the parameter optimization to the structure, establishes the 3D solid model, carries on the kinematics simulation analysis of mechanism to the model by the Pro/E simulation motion module, and thus provides the basis for the accuracy of plan of creative design.In the technical transformation about coal-flatting device of coking furnace, mainly has carried on the following work:(1) This thesis has carried on the scene investigation and study to the coal-flatting device of top-loaded coking furnace, and analyzed problem in the production about Coal-flatting device. (2) Take enhancing the coal bulk density of the top layer of coking furnace as the goal, this thesis has constructed the restraint space set of technical transformation of the Coal-flatting device, founded various principle plans which took the leveling bar as the carrier and can realize the goal, and carried on appraisal and optimal. And then transformed the principle plans as the corresponding structure, and made further optimal, finally chose cylinder-trundle link mechanism for the ultimate design plan. (3) This thesis has carried on the optimization design to four-bar linkage of trundling and pressing device using the MATLAB optimization toolbox, and established 3D model using parameter obtained by the optimization, carried on the motion simulation analysis using Pro/E. For estimating the effects of trundling and pressing device on original coal-flatting device, has carried on the finite element analysis to the transformed coal-flatting device by ABAQUS. (4) This thesis has carried on the analysis to the Coal-flatting effect transformed separately from the coal bulk density of the top layer and the average bulk density, The result indicated that the equipment could make the coal bulk density of the top layer increase above 0.82t/m3, at the same time the coaling quantity could increase above 4t.
