At present,in the process of black powder production,packaging,transportation and storage,a large number of people were required to participate in each link,resulting in the production safety can not be effectively guaranteed and the production efficiency was not high,which had become increasingly prominent,seriously restricting the technological progress and innovation power of the industry.In view of the shortcomings in the production process of black powder,and through field investigation,the research group analyzed and put forward the solution of replacing manual work with automatic equipment.Based on the basic theory of conceptual design,the function and structure of the pressing device were studied and its reliability was verified in this paper.Firstly,the source of the subject,the purpose of the research and the technical characteristics of the production line were briefly described,and the current situation and development trend of packaging machinery at home and abroad were analyzed and summarized,and the research content and article structure of the subject were put forward.Secondly,according to the technological process of the black powder production line,the conceptual design process model and function reasoning strategy were put forward,and the design idea and process parameters of the pressing device were given by using this method.The structural scheme to realize the function,such as roller table transmission,pneumatic sliding table,cylinder feeding,ball screw positioning and so on,AHP and VIKOR were used to evaluate and select the corresponding schemes,were put forward,and the key structure of the pressing device of the black powder production line,the pressing mechanism and so on were analyzed the material template,the conveying roller table,the feeding mechanism of the double air cylinder pressing template,the material blocking template mechanism,and the positioning mechanism of the pressing template were designed,and the material pressing equipment(hydraulic press)of the pressing devicewas also analyzed.Finally,ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out the finite element analysis(static analysis and modal analysis)of the conveying roller table of the pressing device and the frame of the double cylinder feeding mechanism,which verifies the reliability and stability of the frame as the support of the pressing device of the black powder production line.Through the prototype test of the pressing device of the black powder production line,it was concluded that the device had reasonable structure,stable operation,and all indexes meet the design requirements.
