Currently, RFID tags are moving to the direction of UHF RFID tags which have many advantages, such as long identification distance, read and write fast, and so on. But, With the application and development of UHF RFID technology, the methods of printing UHF antenna have failed to meet the performance requirements, and this paper attempts to use inkjet printing to produce ultra-high frequency antenna. Ink-jet printing is a quantitative precise deposition technology and can deposit a variety of materials to film; it is also a film printing and can print thinner film, more low-cost and better conductivity products, easily controlled antenna pattern and has no environmental pollution and have a wide range of application in the electronics.This paper introduces the manufacturing process and examination home and abroad of UHF antenna and some basic knowledge of ink-jet printing technology and ultra-high frequency antenna; this paper also analyzes the printed design requirements and factors affecting performance of the printing production of UHF antenna.This paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and software simulation together. This paper analyzes theoretically the factors affecting performance of the printing production of UHF antenna and uses fluent software to simulate the printing parameters, including droplet velocity, size, liquid viscosity, the contact angle, droplet deposition substrate roughness which affect the droplet deposition. This paper also proposes some optimization programs to print ultra-high frequency antenna and provide some theoretical basis for actual production.Drop speed is one of the criteria to evaluate nozzle print performance. In this paper, by analyzing the driving principle and wave transmission theory of piezoelectric inkjet printing, and with the help of Newton's second law,the volume displacement of piezoelectric actuator driven by voltage and the pressure under the narrow channel, this paper derives the algorithm formula of the droplet velocity formula. This formula provides some theoretical basis for controlling and analyzing Nozzle performance and is helpful to analyze production performance of inkjet printing.
