Research And Development Of Land Reclamation Suitability Evaluation System Based On Metal Mine

Metal mining is the one of the reasons of land resources damage, through land reclamation can effectively resolve the issue of sustainable use of land resources. Since 1989, the State Council promulgated《The provisions of the land reclamation》, China's land reclamation significant progress has been made, but the theoretical study on land reclamation is far behind reclamation practice. Suitability evaluation of land reclamation as a central link of the land reclamation project plays an important role. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a suitability evaluation of land reclamation theoretical system, to provide a more effective basis for land reclamation decision making.First of all, present destruction situation of land resources of our country have been consulted and investigated, detailed analysis of the reclamation on metal mine of our country, I have illustrated the importance and urgency of land reclamation. Then I have contrasted various methods for suitability evaluation of land reclamation, selected the limit conditions method and index method, which has widely used and mature theory, combined as the methods for suitability evaluation of land reclamation.Second, referring to the relevant data and《reclamation technical standards》,I have divided land reclamation suitability evaluation units on metal mine; referring to multiple instances of land reclamation, in accordance with the evaluation unit of land reclamation direction, choose the different evaluation factors, on this basis, I have analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of several weight determination methods, choose AHP analysis as weight determination method for the evaluation factors. On this basis, I established a wide applicability system which based on land reclamation of metal mine.Last, applying software engineering principles comprehensive, choosing waterfall model, I implement "suitability evaluation system of land reclamation on metal mine" with object oriented programming technique on VC++ system design platform. Then, I used related data of two instances to the system, contrast of system computing results shows that most of the functions can be carried out and the evaluation data are creditable. The thesis takes suitability evaluation of land reclamation based on metal mine as the main study object, which focusing on establishing the corresponding evaluation system as the core, and aiming for implementing system for metal mine suitability evaluation of land reclamation based on VC++ technique. I have designed a system which helps decision-making in land reclamation suitability evaluation and provided a new way of thinking for establishing the theoretical system of land reclamation.
