Suitability Evaluation On Land Reclamation Of Longdongnon-mentalic Mining Area

Land resources are the main asset to maintain the existence of human beings, and the spatial difference of land determines the ultimate use of land. The development of civil economics needs all different kinds of resources and the exploitation of resources will inevitably bring about the destruction of land resources, so mining land reclamation becomes an important issue of C hina’s ecological environment and the sustainable development of mine area. The suitability evaluation of the land reclamation is the center point of the preliminary work of land reclamation project investment and the basis of project decision, and is also the core work of land reclamation planning, which has the vital significance to the implementation of land reclamation work and the rational al ocation of land resources in reclamation area.Based on the land suitability evaluation as the research object, and the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, the paper put forward the land suitability evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The natural geographical conditions differ in thousands of ways, therefore, the paper proposed to select indexes with the target of the land to be evaluated, determined the index weight of the project to be evaluated by the analysis of expert scoring and AHP, and determined the use of land to be evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, taking the Longdong area as an example.The land suitability evaluation involves different kinds of factors, such as climate, latitude, altitude, precipitation, public facilities, and so on. Traditional land suitability evaluation prefers to use unified index system, which is hard to evaluate objectively. This paper makes innovation in this region. Firstly, build up the index system; Secondly, select index and calculate weight by expert scoring based on actual situation; Finally, evaluate target land with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This method can improve the accuracy of land suitability evaluation, respect the practical application of target land objectively, and provide a useful reference for land suitability evaluation on non-metal mining area.
