Land reclamation in mining areas has been one of the hot topics in environmental quality research in recent years. At present, due to the negative impact of mining activities on the land, economy and society, and the distribution of many people in the mining area is increasingly sharp. At present, some parts of China's mining areas are gradually entering the middle-aged and old age.According to statistics,at present, there are already three mines in the Hongliulin mining area due to insufficient reserve mineral resources available for development. The main mines have been closed or in the upcoming state. After the closure, there is a large amount of abandoned land left behind.Reclamation is an important method to achieve sustainable use of resources. As an important part of the overall land use planning,it can be of great significance to effectively improve the mining area and adjust the economic structure of the mining area and transform the growth mode. The resource destruction of the Hongliulin mining area is mainly divided into two parts: the destruction of the land in the first mining area, the “concave landform”,and the prominent landforms mainly include: coal gangue piles and waste fields.Concave collapse pits and other ground cracks.Mining damage to soil resources is as follows: 1.Destroy the agglomerate structure of the soil, causing a sharp loss of nutrient value.2.Induced soil erosion 3.Causes a large amount of collapse. The collapse of land and villages due to coal mining has caused great losses to the living economy of local residents.4.The surface subsidence caused by coal mining have seriously damaged the engineering measures such as the pipe wall of the road and bridge wells.Due to the influence of the surface, the normal construction cannot carry out the filling of the collapse pits and ground fissures.Secondly, the wastewater and slag generated by the mining and dressing activities will cause heavy metal pollution after entering the soil. Not only the reduction of crops, but also the health of people in the mining area will be greatly affected.Based on this background, this paper relies on the project as a sub-project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(41272269)and the Survey of China Geology(121201012000150009),“Multi-parameter multi-scale variation and scale effect study of aquifer under mining disturbance”.“Study on the suitability of reclamation after subsidence”.The aim is to establish a reasonable evaluation model for reclamation suitability, alleviate the sharp contradiction between people and land, and promote the rational application of mining land.According to the relevant reclamation theory, the research on the reclamation suitability of the mining and destroying land has formed a set of suitable land reclamation suitable for coal mining subsidence area:1.Establish an evaluation system for land reclamation in Hongliulin mining area.2.Based on remote sensing image and spatial autocorrelation theory, the spatial distribution characteristics of main evaluation indicators are discussed, which provides data support for suitability evaluation.According to the random forest classification algorithm, the evaluation indicators are integrated, and the types of land reclamation land in the mining area are classified and predicted. The four types of land use are cultivated land, shrub land and grassland, arbor land and solar power plant. In addition, according to the DBSCAN clustering algorithm, the clustering of suitability grade evaluation of cultivated land, shrub land and grassland is carried out.4.According to the evaluation results of reclamation suitability, set reasonable reclamation engineering measures for cultivated land, shrub land and grassland.
