| Agile Manufacturing is a notion proposed as The 21st Century Strategy for Manufacturing Enterprises. The agility of corporations refers to whether enterprises have the ability to adapt to and exploit the market. In order to meet the increasing complex competitive environment, agile CAPP, as a advanced manufacturing method, is proposed to solve the current CAPP problem.Textile process planning is a key link in textile manufacturing and is a bridge between textile design and textile manufacturing too. The process planning's responsiveness to market demand direct influence the competitiveness of enterprises. As the textile processing's characteristics such as long process chain, many process parameters, complex production environment, rich experience dependence, so it had become the urgent need to solve the problem for textile enterprises, how to improve the quality and efficiency of process planning to meet the quality and efficiency demands of market. Intelligent process planning system is put forward to solve these problems.The research is supported by national scientific and technological support projects for support agile textile production, analysis the current situation of domestic textile process planning, researched the method of intelligent textile process planning, and achieved the key technology for supporting agile textile production from the engineering point, developed a intelligent process planning system for textile industry to quickly adapt to dynamic changes, the application software is put into real textile manufacturing and excellent effect is achieved.The main work:(1)On the basis of analysis about the procedure and characteristics of textile process planning, the textile intelligent process planning system architecture and functional model is proposed.(2)The thesis researched the method of process knowledge representation, constructed process knowledge network and the service model. The hybrid intelligence method of textile which includes case-based reasoning(CBR), process quality prediction and process parameter optimization based on artificial neural networks(ANN) was proposed.(3)The thesis discussed the implementation technology of intelligence process design system, established the process knowledge database and the service library, studied reconfiguration technology based on plug-in components, developed process design system based on the PKS(Process Knowledge Service).(4)Finally, the thesis introduced real application of the textile intelligence process planning system, described the application steps and case, analyzed the results of practical application according to the enterpise's practical application situation. |
