With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the production of Traditional Chinese Medicine is turning to intelligence.Optimizing production process is an effective way to improving production quality index.However,there was not a good plan to be selected for optimizing production process.Here we propose a practical scheme to solving this problem,which contains two models:Offline Optimization model and Online Feedback model.The Offline Optimization model contains three steps:Key Process Parameters Selection,Quality Index Forecast and Process Parameters Optimization.The specific research contents and contribution are summarized as follows.1.Investigate the related technologies of Key Process Parameters Selection deeply,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of those technologies,then propose a new algorithm for selecting key process parameters named Bi-directional clustering analysis.Finally,the article design a contrast experiments with Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Regression,which show that new algorithm has a better performance on accuracy.2.Investigate the related technologies of Quality Index Forecast deeply,then uses Genetic Algorithm to optimize back-propagation neural network getting a prediction model named GA-BP Model.Finally,a Quality Index Forecast model is established by GA-BP Model.The contrast experiments show the prediction model making normalized error rate below 4‰.3.Investigate the related technologies of Process Parameters Optimization deeply,and summarizes key technical problems,then optimizes the NSGA-? algorithm by adopting new population initializing method and population crowding strategy.At last,we design a contrast experiments with NSGA-?,demonstrating that improving NSGA-? has a better performance on stability and accuracy.4.Investigate the related technologies of Online Feedback deeply,then proposes an online feedback method based on the Best Process Response Surface.When quality index deviates from the expected threshold,parameters will be adjusted quickly by online feedback.5.Based on algorithms of the above researches,we develops a Traditional Chinese Medicine production process system named PKS(short for Process Knowledge System),which realizes functions of process parameters real-time monitoring and intelligent feedback.
