| Molybdenum and its alloys possesses good thermal conductivity and electric conductivity, strong corrosion resistance, low expansion coefficient, as well as good high temperature resistance. Because of these outstanding properties, more and more molybdenum and its alloys are widely applied in aerial and astronautical, electronic industries, they also have broad developed prospects. Among the products of the molybdenum and its alloys, the molybdenum plate was the most widely applied. However, it is difficult for pure molybdenum to deform in the rolling process, because it has strong resistance of deformation, it brings a certain degree of difficulty for rolling process of Molybdenum plate. In this paper, Combining FEM analysis of rolling for pure molybdenum plate with experimental study, theoretical basis is established for producing powder metallurgy molybdenum plate that has high property.The flow stress-strain curves were the basic conditions for researching rolling process, In this paper, through hot compression experiment of powder metallurgy pure molybdenum using Gleeble 3800 themo-simulator, The flow stress-strain curves of powder metallurgy pure molybdenum is achieved. During 1100~1250℃, the author analyzed Experimental datas by regression analysis method and put forward the constitutive equation of powder metallurgy pure molybdenum.Based on the simulation software of Deform-3D finite element, the author used the constitutive equation of metallurgy molybdenum as library materials and established the single pass rolling model of metallurgy molybdenum plate using rigid-plastic large deformation finite element method. The process parameters that impact on rolling process of metallurgy molybdenum plate was further discussed, the process parameter, such as the temperature, rolling speed and rolling reduction rate,that affected on the stress, strain and rolling force of rolling process was studied, this provides a theoretical guidance for optimizing the rolling process of metallurgy molybdenum plate.Combined with the actual productive experience of plant and based on the simulation software of Deform-3D finite element, the article simulated the multi-pass cross-rolling process of metallurgy molybdenum plate and researched deeply the stress, strain and rolling force of the multi-pass cross-rolling process of metallurgy molybdenum plate.Through analyzed the result of experiment of metallurgy molybdenum plate, the author found that the finite element simulation of metallurgy molybdenum plate could accurately control and forecast the quality of the products. |
