Along with the improvement of the coal mining equipment automation degree, the problem of emulsion pollution is brought more and more attention. High pressure filtration station is an important equipment which is made to reduce the pollution, which has direct impact on the purity of the hydraulic system.In order to make high press station to achieve self-cleaning filter for improving the efficiency of filtering, the automatic backwash high pressure emulsion filtration station was design. This paper firstly analyzed the principle of filter station based on Darcy, and derived the calculation formula of the filter cake's pressure drop. Then the design calculation and oil routes integration design for the filtration station's hydraulic system were done, and established three-dimensional structure model of the filtration station.Through mathematical modeling and AMESim modeling, the simulation analysis for cartridge type switch valve and the filtration station's hydraulic system were done. Simulation results show that the switch valve can adapt to filter station working environment, and has the good on-off characteristic; The filtration station's hydraulic system can do filtering and backwash in control signal and keep a good flow and pressure characteristics.Used FXIS 10MR type PLC and FXIN 4AD type extension module, the filter station's automatic control system was design, and the simulation in GX Developer was done. Simulation results show that the control system can achieve manually control mode, pressure control mode and differential timing control mode.
