With the continuous development of industrial technology,stamping process is also developing rapidly,the traditional single-position manual stamping production mode has been gradually replaced by multi-position automatic stamping production mode.At present,some enterprise flat-top chain chain plate production mode is still in a single manual production status,in order to improve the production efficiency,improve workers’ working environment,the paper carried out flat chain chain plate multi-station automatic stamping molding system research,puts forward a set of stamping die and automatic feeding device flat-top chain chain plate multi-station automatic stamping molding system,It can effectively improve the production efficiency of flat-top chain plate and improve the operating environment of workers,and its research results have important practical application value in the field of automatic stamping production line.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the stamping process analysis of the flat-top chain plate,the multistation automatic stamping forming system design of the flat-top chain plate is carried out from two aspects of stamping mould scheme and automatic feeding device scheme.In view of the stamping die,put forward three different stamping die scheme,through comparative analysis,determine the three station die scheme,on this basis to carry out the design of the die structure scheme.Aiming at the automatic feeding device,a scheme of three-degree-offreedom horizontal bar automatic feeding device was proposed.Through comparative analysis of magnetic adsorption,manipulator clamping and sucker adsorption,the terminal picking scheme was finally determined as sucker adsorption.(2)The flat top chain plate multi-station automatic stamping molding system for detailed structural design.Aiming at the multi-station stamping die,firstly calculate the bending force,complete the selection of the press,and then design the structure of the prebending die,bending die and winding die,and finally put forward the requirements for the manufacturing process of the die parts.For the storage device,the storage device structure design and related equipment selection.Aiming at the automatic feeding device,the structure design and related equipment selection of the automatic feeding device are carried out from the two aspects of the actuator and the transmission mechanism.Using Solidworks software to establish the flat top chain plate multi-station automatic stamping molding system 3d model.(3)Based on ABAQUS finite element software,the simulation of flat top chain plate stamping forming was carried out,including pre-bending forming simulation,bending forming simulation and rolling forming simulation.According to the simulation results,the stress and key dimensions of the forming workpiece are analyzed from the aspects of stress and deformation.According to the analysis results,the mold size is revised accordingly,and then the flat top chain plate stamping molding simulation is carried out to verify whether the modified mold can complete the workpiece forming,and whether the key size of the workpiece forming reaches the standard process requirements.(4)according to the flat chain chain plate movement process planning,automatic stamping molding system functional requirements for the control system,PLC control,complete servo drive equipment type selection,design the PLC control program in detail,finally complete the prototype production and debugging,opposite output sampling artifacts and evaluate the performance in the whole production system.
