China is the largest coal producing country in the world, in2013coal output reached3.7billion tons, with China’s sustained and rapid growth and coal consumption increase in the economy and electric power, metallurgy, chemical and other major coal consumption industries, demand for coal will continue to rise while coal mining cost increases significantly, so we must follow the high production and efficiency modern coal mining road. As a coal mine hydraulic power source and a high energy consumer, an emulsion pump station integrated system has been widely concerned.Through investigation and analysis of current situation of domestic and foreign emulsion pump station integrated system of emulsion pump stations,the problem that the current system still have many problems is found, for example now the emulsion pump station adopts a large flow emulsion pump to maintain the system pressure, field investigation shows that under normal circumstances the stage of actual emulsion consumption is very small, the existing way of maintaining pressure causes large energy loss,domestic.unloading valve unloading pressure is high, the reliability is low;the existing emulsion proportioning structure is complex and high in failure rate, and the accuracy can not meet the requirements, and unreasonable emulsion concentration will shorten the service life of hydraulic equipment.With the requirements of the emulsion concentration increased,the existing emulsion proportioning method has a lot of defects.Based on the above reasons,this paper utilizes the existing emulsion pump station complete sets of equipment as the object,according to the current domestic emulsion pump station of existing conditions,redesigns an "emulsion pump station integrated system of multi pump parallel conveying emulsion and small flow emulsion pump frequency to maintain pressure combination". The system adopts an emulsion pump station flameproof and intrinsically safe electric control box as the core, and the complete sets of equipment are controlled through a distributed control system.The system has the advantages of automatic control, automatic diagnosis, automatic display, flexible configuration, strong adaptability, safety and reliability.In order to solve the problem that the existing automatic emulsion proportioning is imprecise, a kind of automatic proportioning device of liquid based on a level sensor is cleverly designed. Through the laboratory tests and site test, the method can match the emulsion with high precision. The reliability and stability of the control system are improved, and the failure rate and downtime are reduced.A domestic unloading valve is analyzed in detail.A physical model and a mathematical model of the domestic unloading valve are built,through the AMESim software for the simulation and analysis of the unloading valve, and a genetic algorithm is utilized to optimize the key parameters of the unloading valve and has certain reference significance.The article analyzes in detail the conversion of an emulsion pump motor in a frequency operation mode to power frequency operation mode, and through a lot of experiments, a reasonable solution to the problem is found.This integrated system can improve the degree of automation of the fully mechanized coal face emulsion pump station,reduce the impact on power by using an inverter drive emulsion pump motor,reduce the energy consumption,prolong the service life of the emulsion pump station, protect hydraulic system components;improve the emulsion proportioning precision, and achieve complete emulsion compounding automation. It really achieves face emulsion pump station unmanned and reduces the labor intensity of workers, promotes the technology of domestic coal production progress, promotes coal industry development to the high yield and high efficiency in the direction of intensive.
