Research On Technology Of High-Speed Sorting For The Dispensing Pump Caps

The dispensing pump caps is a unique, multi-functional caps, which are widely used in cosmetic products such as Shampoo, bath gel, hand sanitizer, etc.They are not easily automatic sorted because they are irregular caps. In the filling and capping system,they are manual-sorting so that it is more labor intensive, low degree of automation and low efficiency.There are general and specific capping machine such as vibrating device for cap sorting, bucket device for cap sorting and magnetic rotary cap crown sorting etc.But the machine and research for the dispensing pump caps'automatic sorting is not plenty.Firstly,In order to realize dispensing pump caps'automatic high-speed sorting,this paper studied the theory of automatic delivery and techniques.The morphology features and attitude features are the basis for choosing the feeding ways. Principles and techniques for caps and bottles give guidence for dispensing pump caps'automatic high-speed sorting.In addition,the factors whics are affect automatic high-speed sorting are discussed.Then on the basis of morphology and attitude features with basic test as well as the principles and techniques of machine for caps and bottles,this paper propose that three principle scheme with comparison and feasibility analysis.Finally,one principle scheme is chosen and in a deeply discussion.In the discussion,the stress and motion analysis was reaserched with the conclusion of theoretical capacity formula.Thirdly,giving the specification and size of dispensing pump caps,the key part of sorting machine are parametric designed and optimized by Pro/E and Matlab software in order to determine the reasonable parameters of structure and process parameters. During the design of the experimental prototype, on the basis of concept of virtual prototyping technology, the various components of cap-sorting machine are modeling and assembly, with reasonable the installation location and layout of the physical prototype manufacturing providing time savings and lower costs.At last,the filling and cap sealing system for cosmetic products is overall in a discussion with blend of dispensing pump caps sorting machine.Besides,this paper proposed related technical requirements especially for the transmission system of bottles and dispensing pump caps.
