Food packaging machinery is an important one in packaging machinery,this paper emphatically analyzes the working mechanism and detailed discussion for feeding device and transmission device of the betel nut automatic packaging machinery system,and carried out experiments to verify relevant institutions device.This research through the analysis of electromagnetic vibration feeder as betel nut feeding equipment,set up the kinematics model and the vibration model of the feeder.Through the kinematic analysis,deduced the condition of material upward sliding,calculated the upward sliding distance of the material in a cycle,demonstrates the feasibility of conveying material feeder In theory.Through dynamic analysis,the paper analyzes the frequency ratio on the status of the feeder,that feeder can only work stability near the resonance condition.and calculate the electromagnetic vibration force,obtained the relationship between it and triggering Angle.Then the finite element analysis of the feeder has been done through ANSYS Workbench,verified the previous theoretical analysis,get the curve of blade spring stress change with exciting force,know that the maximum stress of Plate spring less than the yield limit of its material.The betel nut drive belt conveyor model has been established through Adams,analyzed transverse vibration of belt,through the structure improvement,by adding into device can reduce its transverse vibration effectively,and find the best place to the installation of tensioning device,the stress and sliding rate are analyzed in the simulation,and the flight trajectories simulation of betel nut have been done.Finally,carry out betel nut feeder system experiment,mainly include the feeder amplitude experiment,betel nut conveying experiments and counting experiment.The conclusion of the amplitude experiment results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,by counting experiments,found the right trigger Angle and the suitable speed of conveyor belt,prove that the design of feeder system can basically meet the demand of the feeder.
