Turbine blade is a kind of part with complex surface and used windly in the areas of gas turbine, steam turbine, aviation motor and shipping indusity. The work surface which affects the performance of equipments and refers to the subjects of fluid mechanics, aerodynamics and so on. In recent years, grinding blade still stop in manual work step. Wth the blade size bigger and longger, and the need number is increasing, this way of manufacture can not satisfy the need. So develop a set of economical and efficient, with independent intellectual property rights of the blade belt-grinding system has practical significance to improve domestic blade precision processing quality and degree of automation.this paper will take the turbine blade grinding CAD/CAM technology as an impointant research direction and take the direction of research, develop a blade grinding system which has the feature of economy, efficient, with independent intellectual property rights as aim. The main research includes five modules which detail contents show as follow:First the NURBS surface modeling technology was researched in this paper. Through the analysis of the geometrical knowledge of NURBS curve, programming the algorithm which was used to reverse the control vertex from the type point and modeling the curve and surface in the environment of VC++ and OpenGL.Combined with the adaptive spacing and the step distance calculation method, the principal curvatures of NURBS curve, and the DeBoor Algorithm, calculate and get the cutting contact points which meet the need of accuracy and efficiency.Base on multi-axis CNC processing theory and the characteristic structure of six-axis CNC abrasive belt grinding, research out the postprocessing algorithm of six-axis CNC abrasive belt grinding. Discusse the problem of maximum contact degree between the grinding wheel and contact surface, solve out the C-axis motion variable by the direction of principal curvatures and give out a modified method.The way of four of the six-axis CNC system instead of six-axis CNC system would be studied. Calculate, analyze and evaluate the machining errors of each axis with a separate moving, and give out the processing error processing method.Study computer simulation technology. Read in STL file format to build simulation machine model, in MFC cooperate with CLpoints to develop the CAM simulation system, which can verify the correctness of the front research content.
