As one of the key parts of aero-engine,the surface processing quality and production efficiency of aero-engine have important influence on the manufacture of aero-engine.In order to produce aero-hair blades with good surface quality,it is necessary to polish and grind the surface of blades.Based on the research of scientific research institution of CNC grinding machine,some enterprises have realized the air blade belt grinding CNC production,but still cannot leave a heavy workpiece handling during production and multifarious artificial inputs such as production process records,lead to CNC machine idle time is long,low production continuity,hindered the improvement of production efficiency.In order to solve the existing problems,this paper based on the CNC abrasive belt grinding machine,industrial robot,material storage device and PLC control of auxiliary equipment for automated production form,leaf blade belt grinding of navigation manufacturing unit for manufacturing execution control software development research,in order to realize the navigation hair blade grinding production automation,improve production efficiency.This paper studies the following contents:1.Based on the composition of the production equipment of the automatic belt grinding production line of aero-hair blades and the requirements for the manufacturing of the belt grinding of aero-hair blades,the overall framework of the automatic manufacturing implementation control software system was built.By studying the optimization algorithm of automatic production scheduling,the idle time of equipment can be reduced and productivity can be increased.2.Study the key technologies of manufacturing implementation control software system for automatic belt grinding unit of aero-hair blade,including: acquisition and control of key signals of each equipment in the automation process;Integration of control software system with industrial ethernet-based communication control network of field production equipment and logical control of coordinated operation of equipment.3.Complete the software framework design of the software system according to the requirements of the control software,and divide relevant functional modules according to the framework,including: basic information management model,production task management module,production and processing control module,equipment status monitoring module,etc.And design each function module software realization scheme.4.Completed the development of manufacturing implementation control software system for automatic belt grinding unit of aero hair blades,and conducted debugging of software functions,and verified the automatic production capacity of the control software system based on the production site operation.
