The progress of Numerical control system results from the rapid development of computer technology, CNC machine is the equipment with high automation and efficiency in modern manufacturing field, the development of the CNC system improves the workpiece machining accuracy and efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of the workers and achieved good economic benefit, promoted the development of modern manufacturing automation, production and scientific management, has the vital significance. However, at present, using numerical control system is a kind of not completely open CNC system structure, compatibility and openness is still far short of asks, Based on this topic through two-dimensional with PMAC experiments Taiwan system design, with PMAC servo movement controller as the foundation, adopt "with PMAC+IPC" type of structure design and the development of the two dimensional experimental platform system, the system developing platform directly constitutive embedded into IPC basis, the software and hardware function realization moduledivides, between the functional modules by standard interface coordination, together complete numerical control function and the system is a can simultaneously accomplish program decoding interpretation, X, Y axis interpolation calculation, servo control, system management tasks of the control system, possess general of the CNC system general function, and also with the speed input parameters, simple trajectory calculation, specific functions. In sub-base admiral original fluctuation place machine structure forms of control system is optimized, and realize the reasonable allocation of resources, make students more convenient future can also according to the requirement of real-time increase or decrease in function module and understanding of the open CNC system.
