| The NC technology, which directly decides the function and performance of manufacturing equipments, is the key technique group that supports the modern equipment manufacturing industry. It belongs to the basic technique group which supports advanced manufacturing technology, and it is also the key technique for equipment layer which can push forward industrialization with informatization. Its technical scope covers many fields, such as mechanical manufacturing technology, information processing technology, automatic controlling technology, servo driving technology, sensor technology, software technology, and so on. The NC equipment is a kind of mechatronics product, and it is emerged by the infiltration of new technology with NC technology as representative into the manufacturing industry.By the research of open CNC, a kind of CNC system had been constructed based on IPC and PMAC motion control card. Further, studied the open CNC architecture and its constructing method. The designing method of modularization was adopted during the constructing of CNC based on PMAC motion control card, and the CNC was applied into NC technology experimental bench. The function and performance of CNC based on PMAC motion control card had been studied by experimentsDuring the construction of CNC, IPC was used as its supervisory to process weak real-time tasks in CNC, and PMAC motion control card, whose core is DSP, was used as the controller of CNC to process strong real-time tasks. A NC technology experimental bench had been formed by means of modularization, composing CNC with driving unit,executing component, detecting device, mechanical sliding table and mechanical revolving stage. The whole system PID parameters had been adjusted on-line using the PID executive program provided by PMAC, optimized the dynamic performance of the system. The pitch error of lead screw had been determined by grating system, and then the pitch error compensation on-line had been realized by compiling the error compensation program. At last the setting accuracy and the resetting accuracy of the experimental bench had been determined.Through the detection and debug of this test-bed, the performance index of it has fulfilled the designing requirement. |
