The development of the CNC machine tools industry towards the direction of intelligent, high precision, high-speed proceeding gradually. In order to meet the requirements of development, technical indicators must has been improved continuously, the better and faster development of equipment manufacturing industry has been promoted. It is very important to improve the technical requirements of dynamic characteristics of machine tool for the development direction of high-precision of machine toolIn this thesis, the CNC vertical milling machine table of the TDXK7125 has been taken as the research subjects. Research on the relationships between preload of table and its dynamic characteristics. To optimize dynamic features of the milling machine table, and to improve the machining precision of the milling machines.First, under no preload conditions, the table model has been established with the ANSYS software. The nature frequency of the table has been obtained though modal analysis on theory. And the experiment of dynamic characteristics of table has been carried out, the nature frequency of the table has been obtained though the vibration analysis software to deal with the experimental data. To verify the accuracy of the data, the theoretical data and the experimental data of no preload are compared. Second, under different sizes of preload conditions, the formula of spring scale force of working on the table and preload has been derived, though the force analysis of the machine table. The experiment of dynamic characteristics of the table has been carried again, and the nature frequency of the table under different sizes of preload have been obtained. And modal analysis of preload has been done with the ANSYS software on theory. And the theoretical data and the experimental data are compared. And the results have been analyzed. Last, the curves of preload and nature frequency, and the curves of preload and amplitude have been fitted with the Matlab software.Though the analysis of the experimental data of dynamic characteristics, the relationships between preload and the dynamic characteristics of table has been obtained, In order to lay a great foundation for improve the dynamic characteristics of the milling machine, the dynamic parameters of the milling machine table has been optimized.
