CNC bevel gear cutting machine is a high-tech content and high productivity with new tools, this machine adopted is the new method based on the tracing line shape theory of spiral bevel gear gear tooth surface of the milling process.From the original theory forming method of the tooth surface to start to consider the design and processing problems,to the tracing line as cutting edge of cutting tool for Gear processing, through the movement of Axis of the tool and the workpiece, can be cut Straight bevel gear,Helical bevel gear and Curve bevel gear. Milling gear machine can not only milling on the workpiece with Disc cutters and Chip cutter, but also can grinding on the workpiece with Grinding wheel, immediately in a single machine cuts the whole tooth surface once, achieves the tooth surface high-precision cutting. Overcomes the similar processing,complexity theory,processing and assembling must be in pairs and other aspects the problem of the present methods of the Spiral bevel gear, can significantly increase the quality of the gear engaging.Thesis based on the theory of rotor dynamics, to the tool feed system of CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine as the research object, based on theory of lumped parameter method, Combination of the actual mechanical structure of the driven shaft and driving shaft of tool feed system of milling machine, respectively to simplify and calculate the lumped mass model of the driving and driven shaft, combined with transfer matrix method breakdown the dynamic equation of the driven shaft and driving shaft of tool feed system solve the frequency equation to calculate the natural frequency of the driving and driven shaft. Optimization of the structure of the driving and driven shaft of tool feed system of CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine, Use the combined method of CATIA three-dimensional modeling software and ANSYS finite element simulation software to finite element model simulation analysis of the driving shaft and driven shaft of tool feed system of CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine, analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the driving and driven shaft of tool feed system, and solved the natural frequency of the driving shaft and driven shaft. According to analysis and calculation the natural frequency of the driving shaft and driven shaft, the results show that:the structural design and quality distribution are reasonable of the optimized two-shaft of the tool feed system, the natural frequency of system lower than the critical frequency. Article also according to the process of calculation and Simulation Analysis discussed factors that effect the natural frequency which adopted lumped mass model and the transfer matrix method are combined to calculate.Use of virtual prototyping technology to finite element simulation of the driving shaft and driven shaft of tool feed system of CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine, not only research and analysis the dynamic characteristics of each shaft, also provided the basis for the further structural optimization and design calculation, greatly enhance the reliability of the calculation, Improve design quality, reduces the design cycle, also reduced the cost of product design.
