Anionic surfactant is widely used in industrial production.The production of synthetic detergent commonly used in life, the main ingredient is anionic linear alkyl benzene sulfonate(LAS). With the development of society, industry and daily life in a wide range of synthetic washing a lot of use and emissions, the pollution increasing Difficult because of its biodegradable, eco-system of circulation, the present anionic surfactants are LAS as GB3838-2002 one of the basic control, the analysis provides a GB7494-87 methylene blue spectrophotometric method. However, this method not only for the determination of wastewater, but also for the determination of surface water and drinking water.For more sample interferences, high content of water is applied.The LAS is characterized by surface water was relatively low, but the suspension more easily emulsified in the analysis generated in the process.Determination of the surface with the national standard of anionic surfactants in water there is the complicated operation, the disadvantages of low efficiency.In this paper, the determination of the actual surface water feature on the national standard method for the following improvements:using 0.45μm membrane filter water samples and national standard method used in water-speed qualitative filter paper compared to less suspended matter in water samples, follow-up extraction operation of the emulsification removed; determination results of the precision is better than the latter; blank experiment showed that the accuracy of this method to meet quality control requirements.when the event of emulsion with a circle with a clean copper wire instead of isopropyl alcohol demulsifier demunifications, with little interference, the effect is good.In addition to steps to further reduce from 9 to 7 steps to shorten the analysis time.The improved method can achieve accuracy and precision of quality control.The results show that this method is less time-consuming, high efficiency, simple operation.Methods to improve extraction of ion-association complex 2, each 10mL,1 OmL and then chloroform extraction method of cleaning solution 1.By blank experiments, the determination of standard samples, surface water samples test showed that compared with the national standard was no significant difference method accuracy and precision to meet quality control requirements. Determination of the pH value of the process water will directly affect the accuracy of measurement results and the method reproducibility. When the pH of water samples in the range of 5 to 7, the instability of the sample measured value to determine the results with the increase of pH value; water pH in the range of 7 to 8, the stability determination results, and the determination results accurate; water pH in the range of 8 to 12 when the determination results unstable, the results measured with the pH value increases. Therefore, the best determination of sample pH range of 7 to 8.
