Jingyu located in southeastern Jilin Province, west Changbai Mountain, the upper reaches of the Songhua River, With unique natural environment and special geological setting. complete volcanic landform, Superior Ecological Environment, unique hydraulical conditions, top-quality natural mineral water resource formed. The natural mineral water resource is abundant, steady flux, good water quality, unique water chemical classification, good natural ecological environment and Pollution-free. So far more than 20 springs were found, the outflow of water near 118000 Tons per day. The detection of water intake between 2005 and 2007showed that many fungi and nitrite exceeded the standard, therefore, monitoring the mineral resources through scientific and technological means, protecting the ecological environment, preventing water depletion and water pollution were imminent.Based on the reality of the ecological environmental protection and sustainable development of mineral water in Jingyu water source protection zones established the quality safe monitoring early warning system of changbai mountain natural mineral water . The system gained monitoring data by on-site data collection system and monitoring system. Taking network, security, storage, operating systems and other systems based on hardware and software as the foundation, Taking construction and development of database as the core, Taking the unified application supporting platform as the frame, Taking the development of three kinds of application systems as the key, Taking the information security system and the standard system as the safeguards, this program provided a service for administrative department, government departments, the public, and residents in order to achieve interoperability, information sharing, business collaboration of environmental management in Jingyu protection zones.At the same time, combining transportation and transformation of groundwater with dynamic variation of ecological environmental, combining monitoring quantity, quality and temperature of the springs with monitoring humidity, meteorology, geology and others surrounded, conforming GPRS monitor to digital microwave network monitoring early warning system, this program established remote warning system to control water quantity, quality, ecological environment and other indicators. In order to collect and analyze information about the protected zones, In order to predict the changes of ecological environment in mineral spring zones. We established automatic monitoring, surveillance and early warning systems.This project full developmented the information about mineral water source monitoring and got remote real-time control of water quantity, water quality, environmental changes surrounded. The water sources were Unattended,so that the quantity, quality, environment tended to be Perfect. The system serviced the protection, development, configuration, management and decision-making of Jingyu natural mineral water. Thus enhanced the level of environment al optimal allocation and scientific management, solved the potable water security problem of the enterprise and the resident .The system research the change rule of water quality, water volume, temperature and effect of environment, meteorology, hydrology on mineral water through real-time dynamic monitoring of the ecological environment meteorological, water quality, water quantity, water temperature, then established the early warning system of mineral water quality. The system prevented pollution of water resources and prevented the expandation of point pollution to ensure water safety of residents and businesses. Made the conservation and utilization of natural mineral water more scientific and more standardized, to achieve sustainable utilization and benefit posterity.
