In the first industrial block with Alkali-surfactant-polymer (ASP) flooding, many practical problems occur in the process of storage, transportation, compounding and injection of large amount of ASP agents, since each technique is in its preliminary stage and the properties of the agents are not thoroughly understood. Thus, we take the studying the physical and chemical properties of ASP injected agents as a start, and finally finds simplified compounding process named Low Pressure ASP with High Pressure SP, which can minimize the reforming of available process and equipment, make sure the adjusting concentration of alkali, surfactant, and polymer in injecting liquid and the adjusting concentration of mother liquor not interfere with each other, and strengthen its adaptability to the adjustment and change of development program. At the same time, the stability of injection system is enhanced, and every index of the system is better meeting the development requirement, which insure the development effect of the block. When preparing Low Pressure ASP with High Pressure SP, we first drop alkali and surfactant at the place where the polymer mother liquor enters the station, and form low pressure ASP liquid with wanted concentration in dynamic mixer, then mix it with high pressure alkali and surfactant with wanted concentration in proportion at static mixer of single well, and form ASP liquid with stable concentration.Basing on the research of integrated process and technology, we put up acid wash process, grope for parameters like acid washing period and ascertain de-scaling method combining on-line washing and off-line washing; we optimize integrated devices including unloading screw pump on the surfactant vehicle and acid-resistant plunger pump to lower initial investment. At the same time, we study the property of surfactant to determine integrated technology including reasonable surfactant tank volume optimizing, mixers'parameters setting, and way to unload. When reforming, we strengthen using domestic equipment to reduce investment and maintaining cost and make production management more convenient, which lay a solid foundation for later productivity construction with ASP flooding.
