Soft-rock roadway support is always one of the difficult problems in mining engineering. Soft rock is widely distributed in our country, soft rock roadway support and maintenance also become increasingly prominent, and can solve the problem of supporting soft rock, and coal mining is the key to safe production. How the rock-specific conditions select technically reasonable, economically viable support, and its support parameters study is undoubtedly of great practical significance and research value. In this paper, put the soft rock roadway surrounding rock stability and supporting the problems of gaojialiang coal mine in neimeng wanli mining area as the object of study, the causes of soft rock roadway damage and the type of damage are analysed through on-site visits and monitoring. The use of fractal theory analysis of the roadway surrounding rock fissures inherent law of development, summed up loose ring thickness range for the roadway to provide reliable parameters for the stability and basis. Through theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation study of various means of analysis of mining soft rock roadway surrounding rock stress and displacement changes in time and space variation, analysis of the existing support measures of stability and security of the special sections on the Roadway intersection point to focus on strengthening the supports.
