Santaizi reservoir is in the central of Daping mine, which accounts for about a third of reservoir area, nearly one half of the coal industrial reserves of the whole well, how to solve the problems exist in theory, technical and economic of mining under waterbodies, mine the coal out as much as possible under the premise of protecting water body was not damaged, realize the goal of gaining more coal, high efficiency and safety. Exploitation and utilization of coal resources reasonable, improve resource recovery. Mining the coal esources under water Safe and efficient, has great realistic meaning and profound effect for Daping's economic development.In this paper, Based on the Daping Mine Reservoir for research object, In MS Access database established basis, Using the measuring data from the reservoir bottom, create 3d model of the reservoir bottom based on ArcScene,data management, display and spatial analysis are accomplished with the system established by ArcObjects and Visual C + + 6.0, forecast the change of water migration by the surface deformation, to provide various decision support for optimization design of DaPing's underwater mining.This study established under the special background of DaPing's underwater mining, which can provide reference for orother coal mining under reservoir.
