In China, though the proportion of open-air coal-mining is not high, our country has been the open-pit mining as the construction of the basic technology policy in coal industry. The production of open pit coal in China is more and more important. But with the development of open-pit mine, there are a series of eco-environmental problems. In this paper, Yuanbaoshan open-pit mine as the research object, to open-pit mine expansion project as the reform platform to study, through the environmental impact analysis from the project, we selected 12 factors to build a set of eco-environmental quality in mining areas of evaluation index system and grading standards. We use AHP to set targets, and use fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate environmental quality, both the two methords not only intergrate the views of the main body, but also effectively solve the ambiguity arising in the evaluation process issues, from the result we can know the eco-environmental quality is generric. Then, after the two wells for the reclamation of waste dump, using the theory of landscape ecology and analysing the structural features and spatial relationships, functional and stability analysis, etc., and through the evaluation of the reclamation we know the environmental quality is well and it is important for the mine in the environmental quality.
