Sports have been paying more and more attention by people in the world, and sport shoes that people must put on during exercising time are playing increasingly important roles. Since currently most of the domestic shoe-making enterprises lack a measuring and analyzing system for sport shoes, they cannot provide scientific instructions for the design, research and development of sport shoes. Poorly designed sport shoes can be found everywhere. Wearing of these shoes will lead to the players' local injuries, such as abnormal structure, callous and bloody bulla of their feet, etc. It will also seriously influence the balance of the body and the worse results can be the contusion of the knee, ankle and toe joint. Clearly wearing of poorly designed sport shoes can not help the players to achieve the training effect except causing a series of athletic injuries. Thus, it is particularly important for us to provide scientific instructions through advanced technology for the design, research and development of sport shoes for boosting performances of players, protecting them, and promoting the recovery after a sports injury.PVDF, namely polyvinylidene fluoride, is a new heavy polymer. A piezoelectric sensor based on PVDF is of good piezoelectric property, low acoustic impedance, and wide frequency response, etc, which can be used widely in all kinds of pressure measurements. This paper introduces the design and product of the piezoelectric sensors which are based on PVDF and equipped with a relative array of the sensors, and an attached signal conditioning circuit is developed, then a testing and analyzing system of shoe-designing based on PVDF sensors is finally built. Utilizing the property that the piezoelectric membrane based on PVDF can make electrical signals when being pressed, I make several piezoelectric sensors based on PVDF, and put them into shoes after arraying. When being pressed, the piezoelectric membrane based on PVDF makes electrical signals. Being amplified through the signal conditioning circuit, these electrical signals are input into the data acquisition card to collect the real-time data which is connected with a computer through USB so that the real-time data can be visualized simultaneously on the screen by the relative software and the system is constructed at last. Experiments prove that this system can collect the real-time dynamic and static pressure information when people put on sport shoes. By analyzing data scientifically, I evidently demonstrate that by adopting this system effective and reasonable relevant information can be gained, and this will help to provide very scientific instructions for the designing of sports shoes.
