The organic-inorganic hybrid materials of polyoxometalate are a class of molecule-based functional materials, which possess favourable properties in light, electricity, magnetic. in catalysis. And they are used widely in the fields of cataly tic, medicine and functional materials. So to synthesis and study the properties of that kind of organic-inorganic hybrid materials has been one of the most active fields. It is not only the new growth point of the applied research of polyoxometalate chemical, but also the current field of the research of synthetic materials.In this paper, using polymerβ-cyclodextrin, polymer P-cyclodextrin inclusion complex,8-hydroxyquinoline/furfural polymer and iso-nicotinic acid and so on as organic components, and using Keggin-type phosphotungstic acid as inorganic components to synthesize several kinds of organic-inorganic hybrid materials such as CDP-HPW,HQ/FF-HPW and the supermolecular compound ([C6H5NO2]2[PW12O40]·H2O) which is synthetic by Keggin-type heteropoly anion and iso-nicotinic acid. All those materials synthetsized were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis, XPS, X-Ray Diffraction and CV et al. Using single crystal X-ray diffraction to analysis the crystal structure of the supermolecular compound [C6H5NO2]2[PW12O40]·H2O.On the base of the above-mentioned research on synthesis,(1) We discussed the photochromic property of the hybrid materials CDP/HPW; Using methyl orange as probe molecules detailedly studied the photocatalytic activity of CDP/HPW and influence factors. The results show that the hybrid materials CDP/HPW better reversible photochromic, and they are also efficient in photocatalytic degradating the high-concentration methyl orange. Moerover the stability of using the catalyst is excellent and the catalyst can be used repeatively. (2) At room temperature, the ESR signals of the hybrid materials HQ/FF-HPW are much stronger than that of HQ/FF, and the thermal stability of HQ/FF-HPW is also obviously improved. Using methyl orange as probe molecules studied the photocatalytic activity of HQ/FF-HPW. The results show that the catalyst has good catalytic properties of UV light, but has no photocatalytic activity of visible ligh. (3) the crystal structure of the supermolecular compound shows that there is 3-dimension micropore structrure in this compound, and the protonation iso-nicotinic acid cations are combined with heteropoly by hydrogen.
