| Through analyzing the concave in the special garment structure on the basis of stereoscopic constitution technique, this paper attempts to derive a definition of garment concave. Furthermore, two typical concaves are chosen to study on the influence of garment structure and fabrics on modeling to get a mathematical model, which would make the coach in modeling design, structure design and material selection. Three-dimensional software Maya is used to assist in concave demonstration on computer.This paper composes of four major parts---stereoscopic constitution, structure, fabric and three-dimensional demonstration. Stereoscopic constitution technique is adopted to realize concave creation, so as to make relevant plane patterns, which is to be combined with stereo cutting organically.Regarding garment structure, concave is designed according to curvature of human body around female apex; side view concave is examined according to radius of curvature r and added sunken depth d; upside fold line concave is examined according to break angle. Based on the data from the above examinations, thus 46 patterns are made, including 40 side view concaves and 6 upside fold line concaves。20 professionals are invited to take a survey and judge the concaves available to choose the finest modeling. Both relativity analysis and regression analysis are conducted on the relation between garment modeling variation and structure plates by using SPSS tool. After deleting similar fabrics in performance,6 fabrics with special characteristics are retained to make 2 types of concave garment, totally 12 pieces. The professionals label the 12 pieces in order with regard to their effect. SPSS tool is applied to conduct multiple regression analysis and stepwise analysis on the relation of fabric performance and modeling to figure out fabric property from all aspects on modeling and to obtain the mathematic model between fabric performance and concaves.Software Maya helps to achieve dynamic three-dimensional demonstration of modeling, which will clearly show the changes with the variables of the modeling. Therefore, the researcher will be able to view the change rules on the computer and make the rational mathematic model sensatory by three-dimensional demonstration.The above study tries to investigate the concave modeling from the aspects of design, plane pattern making, pattern influence, fabric matching. Meanwhile, the introduction of three-dimensional software realizes the computer demonstration of the modeling change rules. |
