After many years in the textile industry, textile CAD technology is increasingly onproduct innovation and cost control plays an important role. Now with the development ofcomputer technology, making woven fabric structure and the machine diagram in thecomputer aided design and simulation of the final yarn and fabric become a hotspot inCAD research. The study focused on the subject through the use of a computer powerfuldata processing capabilities, to realization of computer-aided design weave machinediagram by writing programs that are designed to fit the actual software as teachinguniversities and factories in industrial use.Fabric weft yarns interwoven with each other drifting law is generally used torepresent the structure chart. If we looks each element of the structure chart by the floatingpoint "1" to indicate weft floating point "0" to represent each structure chart corresponds toa0-1matrix, can also be called structure matrix. In the structure matrix, row means weftand column means warp, when a structure chart with a matrix of mathematical modeling isestablished, variation of the structure chart of the warp and weft floats and generationmethod can be carried out operations and processed by a computer, which is also thetheoretical foundation of this subject.Used Microsoft VB6.0development environment, combined with CAD representationof the Woven fabric structure, with two-dimensional array methods record the data.Through operation automatically according to the fabric style designed to generatecorresponding pattern plate diagram. In addition, the program can perform a variety ofconversion operations, such as warp and weft yarn can be set to add or delete; rotation andtransposition. For different sizes of fabric cycle, you can directly zoom or shrink byscrolling the mouse method to fit the screen, and it allows the user look more comfortable.Fabric style designer can view simulation after the fabric design completion. This studies research the key technologies of the weave of computer-aided design: theweave of a mathematical model to explore the mathematical description of the wovenfabric structure, and detailed analysis of the plain, twill, satin and changes of the structuresand computer-aided design method.
