With the growing environmental problems, as one of the important resources, water resource is of serious lack. Many countries have paid more attention to the reuse of the water resource. To cope with the shortage of water resource, water treatment technology has obtained a rapid development. At the mean time, due to the advancement of science and technology, the control technology of sewage treatment has been gradually improved, as the following:control function, control structure and control method of the system. For the control structure, the original artificial centralize control can not meet requirements of control. In recent years, with popularity of the Internet, remote monitoring realized by the network has becoming the main development direction. In addition, remote monitoring based on B/S mode, which is realized by database and web services technologies, has been using more and more widely. This structure is not only benefit to implementing remote operation, but also is convenient to realize supervisory control of the manufacturing system for administrative staff. For the control method, process control has stepping into a new stage. Mainly performs as following: more and more control methods, control theories which are tend to be mature. In this paper, at the same time of designing the system control platform of the sewage treatment, the system fuses several kinds of technologies, for example, remote control, webpage making and fuzzy control. Finally it becomes a feasible and available for learning experimental platform.The main content of this paper is divided into the following several aspects:Firstly, the paper mainly introduces advanced membrane water treatment technology and the process flow which are applied in wastewater treatment experiment system. This technology makes the complex process of original water treatment simplified, especially used in the distributed, small and medium-sized water treatment system.Secondly, after understanding the process, the system uses PLC as the controller and designs project of the reuse of the water. It uses the industrial PC as a upper computer, realizes data acquisition, alarm promotion and real-time monitoring etc. All in above complete the task of scene control in cooperation.Thirdly, after completing the scene control, the system adopts remote monitoring based on the B/S mode, and also design web as learning and communication network platform about this system. At the same time, use the video camera for remote monitoring.Finally, for the control method, it adopts fuzzy control technology and simulink in Matlab to design and simulate part of the system respectively. In this paper, it separately adopts the general fuzzy control and parameter self-setting fuzzy control way for level and pressure control.The design and implication of the control system can be used as the water treatment technology experiment platform, and also be useful for the related technology application.
