The rapid development of Internet Web technology, the manual control way of the traditional chemical industry scene equipment has changed. Especially the emergence of remote monitoring technology, has brought people great hope, it broke through the regional monitoring field and the limitation of timeliness, meets the need of modern industrial production.Firstly, this paper raises the remote monitoring technology, and to domestic and foreign research present situation and development trend of remote monitoring system in detail, this paper deeply analyzes the remote monitoring system of network level overall structure, is proposed based on Web B/S mode network architecture of remote monitoring system.Secondly, in view of the under Web environment for the development of remote monitoring system is applied to the Web application development technology, database access technology and data communication technology are analyzed in detail, completed the erection of the Web server platform. Local Server with Windows Server 2008 R2 for the operating system, the system USES the Microsoft ASP dynamic interaction technology, with My SQL as the database software and database design.Then, this paper discusses the significance of wash oil cavitation, from wash oil cavitation device structure, as well as the experiment unit feed system, cooling system and related instruments and meters, wash oil cavitation experiment device build process to carry on the design, propose improving the measure device, to determine the optimal experiment scheme.
