With economic globalization, information and service network development, the numerical control system of networked application technology is then developed and widely applied in practical in industrial production. As final actuators manufacturing basic processing of units, machine tools(today's more for nc machine tools)must be directly or indirectly with network interconnection, can better realize the function of network application, but the present study most are concentrated in numerical control system of remote information sharing, and for remote monitoring of research, only a few scholars in research, and most of the realization method just need special application software LAN based way, because it cannot by the browser visit, the application of the system was greatly limits the scope, and system maintenance and upgrade also very sleepy.In view of the above questions, this paper developed based on PC+DMC hardware platform open CNC prototype system, in the Internet/Intranet environment, proposes based on B/S combined with C/S architecture, according to networked numerical control the key technical problems are analyzed. The prototype system not only has the numerical control system of conventional functions, but also has remote monitoring, remote service network application functionality. Its main contents as follows:(1) Designed for "PC+DMC" as the hardware platform open CNC prototype system, and carries on the prototype system hardware and software development, so as to realize the numerical control system of conventional function.(2) Analyzes the network application of the open CNC system of the system requirements, the research and construction meet its function requirement of B/S and C/S combination of hybrid system structure, and develop latticing CNC system function module, introduces in detail the nc system required open networked key technology network communications technologies.(3) Development of the CNC system remote monitoring and remote service function modules, in Intranet environment, testing network function forthe open CNC system.
