The Evaluation Of Regional Ecosystem Services

Ecosystem plays an important role in the development of human being. Our clothing, food, shelter, and travel has certainly connection with the ecosystem, so people gradually focus more on the utilizing of ecosystem service, especially, the study if regional ecosystem service. This paper based on theoretical study of ecosystem services; combine a large number of domestic and foreign research data for the study of Yan'an city. First the ecosystem service of Yan'an city was estimated; on this basis,the influence of the total value of ecosystem services Related factors were analyzed, and then used the moving average forecast, the average difference from regression prediction method to forecast the ecosystem service value of the year 2008-2013 in Yan'an city. Finally, under the support of GIS, and using the number line method, this paper analyzed the ecosystem services of 13 counties in Yan'an city from a spatial aspect, and some eco-building measures were presented. The main results were as follows:(1) The ecosystem value of Yan'an city increased every year from 33.208 billion RMB in 1996 to 38.024 billion RMB in 2006; 4.817 billion RMB increase in 11 years, and the annual average growth rate is 1.36%. The main reason of the growth is relatively high coefficient of a large area of woodland and garden.(2) This paper predicted that total value of ecosystem service would be 42.721 billion RMB to 45.318 billion RMB from 2015 to 2020, higher than it of 2006. That was to say the ecosystem services of Yan'an city would increase constantly,12.220 billion RMB would be increased in 15 years, and the annual average increase rate is 1.30%.(3) This paper used the GIS software to map out the ecosystem service value per unit spatial distribution of every county in Yan'an city in 2007. It could be seen from the figure that the value of ecosystem service value has strong connection with the geography location, that is south> central> north. This is primarily because of the different climate and vegetation.Based on above study, after analyzing the status of Yan'an city, this paper proposed measures and suggestions for ecological protection for Yan'an city, that is:strengthening the soil erosion control; combining both ecological protection and prevention; overall planning, ecological construction and economic development should be harmonious; increase Publicity to raise awareness of national ecological and environmental protection.
