In order to increase the reliability of CNC lathe, based on series faulty data collected on the experimental works, we carefully carded and analyzed this patch of data. In this paper, we figured out some new analysis methods for CNC Vertical Lathe, which was based on the random faulty analysis of CNC Vertical Lathe and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This method meets various requirements of faulty data in practical project. And according to the results, we also give out increasing steps and it has practical value and theory significance for the reliability of CNC Vertical Lathe.1.Faulty analysis based on random CNC Vertical LatheWe analyzed the CNC Vertical lathe by some random statistics faulty analysis. Figured out the rating of all faulty parts of the equipment, faulty mode and the reasons of the faults. We grasped the whole situation of the occurrence of this kind CNC Vertical Lathe and found out the faulty mode that has the big significant impact on the whole lathe. By analyzing the mode and reason of the fault branches and subsystem, we found the ways to improve the reliability; By analyzing the hazards and checked out the weak link, we provided the basis for ruling out the fault.First, make the faulty mode, faulty parts and faulty reasons of the CNC Vertical Lethal into different categories, which is important for technology continues. Improve the reliability of the numerical control equipment is a huge, complex project, increase the reliability of this technology for CNC Vertical Lathe enterprises to improve product reliability in the prospective study done; but also for other similar enterprises to provide a meaningful reference.
