The CNC machine tool consumption and manufacturing volume in China have been first in the world in recent years.CNC machine tool equipment is the parent machine product of the manufacturing industry,their performance level directly reflects the level of the manufacturing industry as a whole.Recognizing the importance of this,the country also has pay enough attention to the machine tool industry,and the reliability level of machine tools has also become an important measure of the performance level of machine tool equipment.Although the machine tool industry has developed rapidly,it still has a large gap with advanced machine tool equipment abroad,among which the reliability level is obviously behind.There are many functional parts of CNC machine tools.In order to improve the reliability of the machine tool as a whole,the reliability level of key functional components will become a restriction point for improving the reliability of the whole machine.As a very important feature in machine tool equipment,CNC turret tool holder directly determines the reliability level of machine tool.Therefore,this article combined with the national science and technology major projects subject “Research and Application of Reliability Assurance Technology for CNC Machine Manufacturing Process”,taking a machine tool accessories group AK36 series CNC tool holder as the research object,conducting reliability failure analysis and experimental research.The reliability test program is of great significance for the reliability evaluation and improvement of the turret.This article focuses on the following three aspects:(1)This chapter firstly collects the after-sales failure data of the AK36 series turret,and classifies the data and analyzes the failure from three aspects: failure mode,failure reason and failure location.According to this basis,opened FMECA and FTA analysis of AK36 series turret holder,completed the FMEA forms filling and the analysis of the failure mode harm degree,and the key failure mode was used as the top event to draw the FTA tree diagram.(2)According to the results of failure analysis,this chapter establishes the fuzzy relationship between the failure affecting factors and the causes of faults in key fault modes,and selects the appropriate method of determining the degree of membership and weights.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model for the failure factors is identified and selected the key influencing factors of reliability test for providing the basis for the design study of reliability test.(3)This chapter based on the fuzzy evaluation results,developed the reliability test specification for the turret tool holder in accordance with the basic requirements of the reliability test,and then carried out specific reliability tests on the AK36 turret tool holder in accordance with this specification.The relevant assessment of reliability indicators verifies the feasibility of the reliability test.
