If acidic sulfate wastewater was directly discharged out, will cause irreversible harm to the environment and human health and will have a serious impact on the ecological balance of nature. Current sulfate already cause a different degree of groundwater pollution in many cities in China.Pay more attention to the problem of sulfate pollution control is imminent. Anaerobic microbial treatment of acidic sulfate wastewater is the hot topics in the techniques of acid sulfate, current at home and abroad has been extensive research. The method fully use natural sulfur cycle reaction mechanism and the catabolism of SRB,show low cost,practical, no secondary pollution, can remove heavy metal ions in waster, etc. With further research, found that the materials which can be used as carbon sources for SRB more and more, now has more than100 kinds. But the economic carbon sources have not been reported.This thesis proposes that using fully fermented Soybeans as carbon resource for SRB. Then found that using fully fermented soybeans as the carbon source, greatly increasing COD and the percentage of nitrogen and can reduce the amount of carbon resource. Furthermore it was more conducive for sulfate-reducing bacteria to use. The removal rate of sulfate was higher than with glucose or non-fermented soybeans as carbon resource, close to using the sodium lactate. But the price of soybeans is much cheaper than sodium lactate.We used the exclusive medium to enrich and culture the sulfate-reducing bacteria was from out water of AMMBR. And then explored the feasibility of using fully fermented soyb-eans as carbon resource of SRB. In the condition of different pH, different COD/SO422-, diff-erent inoculated bacterial concentration and different sulfate density, we studied treatment ef-fect of wastewater with SRB. Then identified the suitable experimental conditions:the mini-mum acidity reached 1.5, COD/SO42- was equal to 3.0, inoculated bacterial concentration w-as 10%. In addition, we also carried out the comparative experiment by adding growth factors D and without growth factor D. The results showed that:added growth factor D reduces the impact of the Influent pH on the Sulfate removal.effluent pH,COD removal and effluent sulfide density and made the SRB at low pH can also better treatment of acid sulfate wastew-ater.In conclusion, we can Infer that use fully fermented soybeans as a carbon resource for SRB will settle the high cost of carbon resource and high acidity of acidic sulfate wastewater Fully fermented Soybeans can obtained easily, are cheap, and have good effect. The carbon resource applied to the industry is absolutely feasible.
