Of denitrification inhibiting sulfate reduction bacteria research mainly inspects the S/N ratio, COD, alkalinity of denitrifying bacteria inhibition effects of sulfate reducing bacteria, the experimental results show that, the addition of NO3- can effectively inhibit the growth of SRB and S2-generated, the higher the content of inhibiting effect becomes more significant, COD content is lower inhibition effect is more obvious, high basicity better inhibition of SRB.Further to glutaraldehyde, different thiazole moiety ketone, 1227(dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride) and as experimental object to investigate compound biocide effect, four simple tube extinct dilution method is used to determine the respective minimum bactericidal concentration, research of different concentration in different time under the condition of the antiseptic sterilization effect,compare and the single compound biocide fungicide, choose the optimal fungicide.
