At present, accompanied with the continuing exploitation of petroleum energy, serious energy dissipation in oil fields has attracted widespread research interests domestically and abroad. Beam-Pumping units are the main equipment and energy consumer in the oil-field system. In order to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency of beam pumping unit, an energy-saving project using hydraulic technology has been set up. And the power synthesis device of the transmission system and its control strategy has been studies in this paper.The core of the power synthesis device is a set of planetary gear system, which can achieve the synthesis of different input rotational speed and torque. And there are many advantages:compact in structure, easy to control, closely connected to traditional power drive technology, supporting many kinds of working pattern, and adaptive to the complex working conditions. The main research contents are as follows:Above all, the synthesis pattern and the structure of the device have been studied according to the energy-saving project, which adopt series-parallel hybrid pattern and the core of its mechanical structure is a 2-degree differential gear train. The transmission theory has been analyzed from several aspects, including speed ratio, torque, power and transmission efficiency. The analytical results show the speed and torque transmission formula, and also prove that the synthetic devices can realize the synthesis of two different input torques. Based on the theoretical analysis, the design and verification of the structure and parameters have been accomplished.Then, the modeling and dynamic simulation analysis of the power synthesis device has been completed according to the design of the structure and parameters. Pro/Engineer is applied to build a three-dimensional model. The modeling of gears is established by secondary development and parametric design, which can improve the efficiency of design. And then with the usage of interface software Mech/pro, the Pro/E model is imported into Adams software. After setting the power and load, the dynamic simulation has been implemented, including the analysis of speed and torque. The simulation results have verified the theoretical analysis and proved that the device can achieve the purpose of power synthesis.Finally, this paper has researched the control strategy of the power synthesis device, and completed the associated simulation by Adams/Controls module and Matlab/simulink module. The control method of power synthesis device has been studied by analyzing the control strategy of the mechanical section of hydraulic pressure energy-storage system. The mechanical system and control system have been connected by Adams/Control module, and the corresponding simulation module has been imported into Matlab/Simulink. After modeling control system, the associated simulation of mechanical system and control system have been completed. The simulation results have shown the work process of the motor, the hydraulic pumps and the hydraulic motor after utilizing the power synthesis device, and verified the synthesis program and control strategy.
