As the work of energy saving and consumption reduction is energetically developed in oil filed, the number and type of energy-saving equipment such as energy-saving pumping units and energy-saving motors, are increasing year by year. The increasing energy-saving equipment, on the one hand, propose more matching ways for oil production engineering programming. On the other hand, the different energy saving effects of the energy-saving equipment makes oil production workers confront the question how to choose the optimal matching between energy-saving pumping units and energy-saving motors. Based on the main energy-saving equipment used by No.9 Oil Production Plant of PetroChina Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, From view of oil pumping system, this dissertation proposes a matching method among energy-saving equipment on the basis of the minimum principle of the day-power consumption of motors.Firstly, through the deep research of the energy-saving principle of energy-saving pumping units and energy-saving motors, the mathematical model of pumping system is established. The pumping system mainly consists of three subsystems: polished rod load, pumping units and motors. The polished rod load subsystem is composed of static hanging load of sucker rod, inertial load, rod vibration load and part of friction load. Pumping units subsystem contains pumping units with phased crank counterbalance, double horse head pumping unit, pumping units with bending walking beam and beam pumping unit with downward beam balance weight. The motor subsystem involves three kinds of motors, such as medium slip motors, double-power and two-speed motor, rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor.Secondly, according to the crank's motion regularity, the coupling model of pumping units and motors is established. The coupling model makes the polished rod load subsystem, pumping units subsystem and motors subsystem related together organically and the three subsystems constitute the whole pumping system's mathematical model.Finally, on the basis of the whole pumping system's mathematical model, the simulation software of optimal matching between energy-saving pumping units and energy-saving motors is developed. Comparative analysis of simulation results and measured results on the three production well indicates the software mentioned above and the matching method among energy-saving equipment on the basis of the minimum principle of the day-power consumption of motors are reasonable and reliable.
