Shaft and the guide parts will suffer a common problem in machining forging and heat treatment process, its straightness directly affects product quality. In order to improve its straightening precision and increase production efficiency. Developing high precision high efficiency multi-functional intelligent straightening machine is the very important. The paper is mainly for the control system design and develop, establishing high precision automatic and manual control system.This paper mainly research on the logic design and straightening control system design. Building process control system and straightening module, realizing manual and automatic control and parameter setting. The key technology problem of straightening control system is to solve the straightening logic control design, software control system I/O interrupt response, the manual and automatic control switch interface, the technology of straightness detection, the moving parts distances detection, light screen sensor trigger to the first time of workpiece holding the chuck state. According to the logic of straightening action, establishment of the overall logical framework software. Combining with the straightening theory, using Lab VIEW to design the straightening system framework and the sub-modules.According to the whole control system, the article make the following pinpoints: First the whole plan and design for the straightening control system and introduce the straightening theory, the process straightening control system and straightening control system function in detail. Analyzed and explained the solution of hardware control system. Straightening control system include manual and automatic straightening plan. Also introduce the control system I/O design, I/O design include hardware design and software design. It includes digital and analog design.Second, according to plan of straightening the paper introduces the straightening control system design based on Lab VIEW. Using this software develop the whole framework of the control system and each sub-module, including the light sensor sub-module design, inductance pen sensor sub-module design, limit switch sub-module design and self-test sub-module design. Each sub-process control system design and development is the foundation of the entire system.Finally, the paper introduces the whole straightening control system design and debug, mainly manual and automatic control system debug and verify. In the process of debugging the system respond to external I/O signals, such as light sensor signals and manual input signals.
