Aiming at the serious floor heave of 15 track roadway in jiaoxue No.3 coal mine, test the physical and mechanical parameters of rock samples in the laboratory, and obtain the rock mass physical and mechanical parameters based on the fitting relationship between the rock samples and the rock mass. Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which was realized by VB program, the stability of 15 track roadway was classified as IV type. Through 3 orthogonal tests, the floor strength was determined as the key factor to the roof to floor convergence. The relation between floor heave and time was analyzed from the site observation date, then the mechanism of 15 track roadway floor heave was researched, the impact factors to floor heave and floor heave type were determined, and the correponding components of floor heave had been calculated. After putting forward the control methods and approaches of floor heave, five control schemes were established, which were respectivly side corner&floor bolt, side corner&floor bolt+bottom corner grouting, side corner&floor bolt+floor grouting, full-sectional bolting and grouting and full-sectional bolting and grouting+roof cable, accorrding to the results of numerical simulations from FLAC3D program, the surrounding rock deformation, stress state and plastic zone distribution of 15 track roadway were respectively analyzed, finally side corner&floor bolt+floor grouting was determined as the reinforcement scheme. Through combining the engineering analogy method, theoretical calculation method and system analysis method, the support parameter of 15 track roadway was finally obtained.The field monitoring result of roadway surrounding rock deformation showed that the control scheme had a big effect on controlling the floor heave of 15 track roadway.
