Gas drainage is to govern mine gas and coal with gas outburst, it is not only to provide coal mine production safety, but also save resources and protect the environment. Gas drainage system is to determine whether the smooth gas extraction of key equipment, drained out of the gas concentration level and determine whether to be used, thus affecting the economic benefits.This thesis mainly for coal mine gas drainage system Zhaozhuang drilling negative pressure,less drainage and drainage problems and low concentration, through the whole mine each mining area working face, significant pipe, dry pipe,branch pipe, locations, such as gas flow rate, concentration, gas flow rates, pressure and other drainage pipes field parameters measured, determination of parameters and found that some of the roadway drainage pipe leak serious drainage can't be timely drainage and mine gas drainage system to determine the paragraphs resistance distribution. Application of graph theory and computational fluid dynamics theory, the gas extraction system as gas drainage network tree diagram, application network solution method to calculate the mine gas drainage system negative pressure loss in the paragraphs to find gas drainage pipe loss of large negative way system location and the main reason. Theory and reality,in order to reduce the negative pressure losses and improve the extraction rate of the target, the entire mine gas drainage system pipe network, drainage negative pressure, diameter, etc. optimization. By Zhaozhuang mine gas drainage system piping and power equipment with the way the computer simulation to identify negative pressure orifice can improve and enhance the amount of gas drainage optimal solution.
