Hydraulic drill machine is a new type of drilling equipment. It is widely used in metallurgical mine, energy transport, municipal engineering at present. It improves the drilling efficiency greatly, and promotes the development of productivity. Being the key part of hydraulic milling machine, hydraulic impact mechanism, whose performance will decide the machine performance of the pros and cons, acts as the mechanism to transfer the power. Hydraulic drill machine's drilling environment is complex. The universal use of mechnical-electrohydraulic system, according to different conditions, make hydraulic drill machine and load tools to achieve the best matching, that is the premise of the good working. Given the hydraulic drill machine is reversing slow, reversing frequency low, large energy consumption, low efficiency, serious environment pollution situation, this article has developed the new hydraulic drill machine. And the advent of the new hydraulic drill machine is expected to replace the traditional hydraulic drill machine, serves as the main models of mechanical accelerometers in the small and medium-sized mining and general engineering construction.This paper introduce firstly hydraulic drill machine's developing status of domestic and overseas and rock drilling mechanization. Through the analysis of hydraulic cylinder's pressure change characteristics of the mechanism of rock impact mechanism, this paper researches, develops and designs the best matching hydraulic-punch-controlled liquid system.This paper expounds the working principle of pressure-control reversing valves. The application of the new valve to current drilling machine's impact mechanism realizes adaptive control and elevates the efficiency of drilling. What is more, it is undoubtedly of great significance that the new hydraulic drill machine's widely use to enhance our country's rock drills and construction equipment technology level.Hydraulic impact mechanism the conventional design theory established, according to the three sections of impact piston motion analysis, this paper concludes a series of kinematics parameters expression by using characteristic coefficientε. On that basis, this paper studies the important structural parameters'design method of the new hydraulic drill machine. According to this theory, the design calculation formulas of the new hydraulic drill machine's important structure parameters are concluded.Analyzing and contrasting with new pilot type oil distributing valve, which is also called pressure control reversing valves, and traditional oil distributing valve of the pros and cons, this paper establishes dynamic mathematical model of new pilot type oil distributing valve. According to new hydraulic's feedback of four parameters, that is impact energy, impact frequency, propelling force and rotational steel chisel, using trial climbing method to realize the optimal control, the drilling speed is always in the optimal state to improve the drilling efficiency.
